I became a therapist because I have always loved helping people—but even more than that, I love watching people thrive. There is nothing more meaningful to me than seeing someone step into the best version of themselves, heal what once felt impossible, and discover strength they didn’t know they had. That passion is what led me into this field and what continues to guide every part of my work. Over the years, I’ve learned that transformation happens when people feel safe, supported, and truly seen, and that belief has shaped not only how I show up as a clinician, but also why I chose to expand CPH Mental Health Counseling. I wanted to create a practice where more individuals and families could access compassionate, personalized care—and where every client feels empowered to grow, flourish, and change their life on their own terms. I also know that seeking help can be one of the hardest decisions a person ever makes. I am both thankful and humbled that you have trusted CPH to walk alongside you on your journey.
